사용목적 : 자상, 열상, 찰과상과 같은 경피적 천자 부위 등 국소 부위에 물리적인 압박을 가하여 지혈 등의 출혈 관리에 사용한다. 또한 수술 중 또는 수술 후 외과적 창상과 외상이 심한 출혈의 일시적 처치에도 사용할 수 있다.
사용방법
- 사용 전 준비사항
- 포장이 손상되었거나 개봉되었다면 제조원에 반송한다.
- 본 제품은 멸균 제품이므로 종이상자에서 꺼내어 무균 장소에서 시술자에게 제공한다.
- 사용방법
- 상처 부위를 멸균생리식염수로 깨끗이 세척한다.
- 제품의 포장을 개봉하여 포셉 등을 이용하여 제품을 꺼낸다.
- 제품을 창상 크기 및 공간에 맞게 적당한 크기로 잘라 상처 부위에 적용하며, 필요시 2차 드레싱을 사용하여 고정한다.
- 필요에 따라 적정 시간 동안 압박을 가하여 출혈을 제어한다.
- 제품을 제거하거나 창상의 삼출물 정도에 따라 새 제품으로 교체할 시에 멸균생리식염수를 사용하여 부드럽게 제거한다.
- 사용 후의 보관 및 관리 방법
- 본 제품은 비흡수성 제품으로 지혈 후에는 반드시 상처 부위에서 제거한다.
- 본 제품은 일회용 멸균 제품이므로 재사용을 금한다.
- 사용이 끝난 제품은 반드시 적법한 절차에 의해 폐기 처분한다.
사용 시 주의사항
- 금기사항
1.1 투여 금지 환자
- 본 제품은 현재 수술 부위에 감염이나 오염이 된 환자에게 사용하면 안 된다.
1.2 신중한 투여
- 감염된 상처(빨갛게 되었거나, 농이 있거나, 열이 나거나, 부종 등의 이상이 나타나는 상처)에는 사용하지 않는다.
- 본 제품의 사용 중 발진, 발열, 알러지 반응이나 감염 증상이 있을 경우에는 사용을 금하고, 의사나 약사의 지시에 따라 적절한 치료를 받도록 한다.
- 본 제품은 키토산 성분으로 키토산에 알러지 반응이 있는 환자에게는 사용하지 않는다.
- 주의사항
- 일회용으로만 사용한다.
- 재멸균하지 않는다.
- 냉동 보관하지 않고 지나친 열에 노출시키지 않는다.
- 직사광선을 피하고 실온 (1℃ ~ 30℃)에 저장한다.
- 포장이 손상되지 않은 유효기간 내의 제품을 사용한다.
- 유효기간이 지났거나 포장이 손상된 제품은 공급자에게 반품하여야 한다.
저장방법
- 보관 조건 또는 저장 방법
- 직사광선에서 저장하지 않는다.
- 실온(1~30℃)에서 저장한다.
- 건조하고 습기가 적은 곳에 보관한다.
- 가스가 제품 포장재를 투과할 수 있으므로 증기 또는 가스에 노출되지 않아야 한다.

Intended Use : This product is used for bleeding control, including hemostasis, by applying physical compression to localized areas such as percutaneous puncture sites including stab wounds, lacerations, and abrasions. It may also be used for the temporary management of surgical wounds and severe traumatic bleeding during or after surgery.
Instructions for Use
- Preparations Before Use
- If the packaging is damaged or has been opened, return the product to the manufacturer.
- This product is sterile. Remove it from the paper box and present it to the practitioner in an aseptic environment.
- Method of Use
- Thoroughly cleanse the wound area with sterile saline.
- Open the package and remove the product using forceps or a similar sterile instrument.
- Cut the product to an appropriate size to fit the wound area and cavity, apply it to the wound, and secure with a secondary dressing if necessary.
- Apply pressure for an appropriate length of time as needed to control bleeding.
- When removing the product, or replacing it with a new one based on the amount of wound exudate, moisten with sterile saline and gently remove it.
- Storage and Management After Use
- This product is non-absorbable. After hemostasis is achieved, the product must be removed from the wound site.
- This product is a single-use sterile device. Reuse is prohibited.
- Used products must be disposed of in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
Precautions for Use
- Contraindications
1.1 Patients in Whom Use is Prohibited
- This product must not be used on patients with infection or contamination at the surgical site.
1.2 Careful Use
- Do not use on infected wounds (wounds presenting abnormalities such as redness, pus discharge, fever, or swelling).
- If a rash, fever, allergic reaction, or signs of infection occur during use, discontinue use immediately and follow the directions of a physician or pharmacist for appropriate treatment.
- This product contains chitosan and must not be used on patients with a known chitosan allergy.
- General Precautions
- For single use only.
- Do not re-sterilize.
- Do not store in freezing conditions or expose to excessive heat.
- Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature (1 °C to 30 °C).
- Use only products within their expiration date and with intact packaging.
- Products that are past their expiration date or have damaged packaging must be returned to the supplier.
Storage
- Storage Conditions
- Do not store in direct sunlight.
- Store at room temperature (1 °C to 30 °C).
- Store in a dry, low-humidity location.
- The packaging material may be permeable to gas; the product must not be exposed to steam or gas.
