【產品說明】

本產品為含有玻尿酸（Hyaluronic Acid）及羥乙基纖維素（Hydroxyethyl Cellulose）

之水性潤滑凝膠。

【使用目的】

用於患者醫療或診斷目的之潤滑劑，或暫時塗抹於陰道黏膜以減少摩擦、便於插入診斷或治療器材，並有助於預防損傷。

【適用之醫療器材類型】

與陰道擴張器、窺陰器、採樣棉棒、探頭及其他用於目視檢查、骨盆檢查或相關臨床程序之器材配合使用。

【預定使用者】

供醫師或在醫師指示或監督下之其他醫療專業人員使用。

【使用環境】

醫院及診所，包括婦產科門診部門。

【適用部位】

陰道管及外生殖器部位

【使用方法】

  1. 使用前準備
  2. 確認產品有效期限。若已過期，請勿使用。
  3. 檢查包裝及產品是否有破損或內容物外露等情形。若發現任何損壞，請勿使用。
  4. 請詳閱本產品使用說明。
  5. 使用步驟
  6. 撕開單次用個別包裝上方，取出產品。
  7. 以45°角輕輕旋轉蓋子並取下。
  8. 以拇指及中指握住外管，將食指輕放於推桿上方，採舒適姿勢將注入口端插入陰道約5-8公分。
  9. 輕輕推壓推桿一次，注入內容物（凝膠）。
  10. 緩慢抽出外管。
  11. 使用後處理
  12. 本產品為「一次性醫療器材」，禁止重複使用。
  13. 已開封之產品即使未使用亦應丟棄。

【使用注意事項】

  1. 警告
  2. 對本產品凝膠配方中所含任何成分有已知或疑似過敏反應之患者，請勿使用。
    b. 請勿冷凍保存或暴露於過度高溫環境。
    c. 若出現刺激感或不適，應立即停止使用並諮詢醫師。
    d. 請勿與其他矽膠類產品併用。
    e. 請注意，本產品並非避孕藥或殺精劑。
    f. 若為孕婦，或局部有發炎或其他異常情況，使用前應先諮詢醫師。

  4. 請存放於兒童無法觸及之處。
    b. 包裝如有損壞，請勿使用。
    c. 請勿使用超過包裝上標示有效期限之產品。

[Product Description]

This product is a water-based lubricating gel containing Hyaluronic Acid and Hydroxyethyl Cellulose.

 

[Intended Purpose]

Lubricant intended for patient medical or diagnostic purposes, or for temporary application to the vaginal mucosa to reduce friction, facilitate the insertion of diagnostic or therapeutic devices, and help prevent injury.

 

[Applicable Medical Device Types]

Used together with vaginal dilators, speculums, sampling swabs, probes, and other devices applied in visual inspection, pelvic examination, or related clinical procedures.

 

[Intended Operators]

To be used by physicians or by other healthcare professionals under the instruction or supervision of a physician.

Hospitals and clinics, including outpatient gynecology and obstetrics departments.

[Procedure for Use]

  1. Preparation before use
  2. Check the product’s expiration date. Do not use if the expiration date has passed.
  3. Check the packaging and product for any damage such as breakage or exposure of contents. Do not use if any damage is found.
  4. Familiarize yourself with the instructions for use of the product.

  2. Tear open the upper part of the single-use individual package and take out the product.
  3. Twist the cap lightly at a 45° angle to remove it.
  4. Hold the outer tube with the thumb and middle finger, place the index finger lightly on the plunger, and insert the applicator into the vagina approximately 5–8 cm in a comfortable position to facilitate insertion.
  5. Press the plunger gently in one motion to dispense the contents (gel).
  6. Slowly withdraw the applicator.

  2. This product is a “single-use medical device” and must not be reused.
  3. Even if unused, discard any product once it has been opened.

  1. Warnings
  2. Do not use in patients with known or suspected hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients contained in the gel formulation.
  3. Do not freeze or expose to excessive heat.
  4. If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
  5. d. Do not use this product together with other silicone-based products.
  6. e. Note that this product is not a contraceptive or spermicide.
  7. f. If pregnant, or in the presence of local inflammation or other abnormalities, consult a physician before use.

[제품 설명]

본 제품은 히알루론산(Hyaluronic Acid)과 하이드록시에틸셀룰로오스(Hydroxyethyl Cellulose)를 함유한 수성 윤활 겔이다.

환자의 의료 또는 진단 목적을 위한 윤활제로, 또는 질 점막에 일시적으로 적용하여 마찰을 줄이고, 진단 또는 치료 기기의 삽입을 용이하게 하며, 손상을 예방하는 데 사용

[사용 방법]

  1. 사용 전 준비사항
  2. 제품의 유효기간을 확인하고 유효기간이 경과한 경우 사용하지 않는다.
  3. 포장이나 제품에 외부로부터 깨짐 등으로 인한 내용물이 노출되는 등 손상이 있는지 확인하고 손상이 있는 경우 사용하지 않는다.
  4. 제품의 사용방법을 숙지한다.

  2. 일회용 개별 포장지 상단 부분을 뜯어 제품을 꺼낸다.
  3. 마개를 45° 각도로 가볍게 비틀어 캡을 제거한다.
  4. 엄지와 중지로부터 외통을 잡고, 검지를 밀대 위에 가볍게 올리고 삽입이 용이하도록 편안한 자세로 주입구로부터 약 5-8cm 정도를 질에 삽입한다.
  5. 밀대를 한 번에 가볍게 눌러 내용물(겔)을 주입한다.
  6. 외통을 천천히 빼낸다.

  2. 본 제품은 “일회용 의료기기”로 재사용을 금지한다.
  3. 개봉한 제품은 사용하지 않았더라도 폐기한다.

 

[사용 시 주의사항]

  1. 경고
  2. 본 겔 제형에 포함된 성분 중 어느 하나에 대해서라도 알려진 또는 의심되는 과민반응이 있는 환자에게는 사용하지 않는다.
    b. 본 제품을 냉동하거나 과도한 고온에 노출시키지 않는다.
    c. 자극이나 불편감이 발생할 경우 사용을 중단하고 의사와 상담한다.
    d. 본 제품을 다른 실리콘 기반 제품과 함께 사용하지 않는다.
    e. 본 제품은 피임제 또는 살정제가 아님을 유의한다.
    f. 임신 중이거나 국소 염증 또는 기타 이상이 있는 경우 사용 전에 의사와 상담한다.

  2. 어린이의 손에 닿지 않는 곳에 보관해야 한다.
  3. 포장에 손상이 있을 경우 사용하면 안 된다.
